OUR
MILANO WOODWORKS is an independent furniture and cabinet maker in Surrey. We work alongside architects, designers, and homeowners to create furniture that delivers style and functionality.
We are experienced with traditional and modern styles, and we also like to merge both western and eastern techniques when possible, delivering character, uniqueness, and durability to each and every piece we build. This enables us to create a wide range of possibilities, which will not be a secret to the beholder's eye.
From our workshop in Surrey, we design and create a wide variety of bespoke cabinets, unique fitted and freestanding furniture, tailored doors and gates to our customer's requirements and personal style, and even restore that piece of furniture that you always loved or just acquired.
We are dedicated to making only the highest quality furniture available, using old-school craftsmanship and the love of natural timbers. Therefore our bespoke workpieces are suited to clients who desire a hand-crafted piece of work that is of superior quality.
Since wood is subject to movement and changes in dimensions due to temperature and humidity oscillations, we will get in touch with you after six months of the work being completed to see whether any adjustments are needed. We will happily attend to any minor issues as our furniture is built to stand the test of time.
We are experienced in both domestic and commercial environments and provide a high level of expertise to all our clients.
Ecological sustainability is a core company policy and we ensure that we support that philosophy in making furniture that is built to last. In our opinion, the longer a piece of work lasts, the more eco-friendly it will be.
We also make sure that our suppliers provide proof of commitment to sustainable forestry management and always use products, such as finishes, that have the lowest environmental impact.
